A simple modal logic for belief revision [PDF]

open access: yes
We propose a modal logic based on three operators, representing intial beliefs, information and revised beliefs. Three simple axioms are used to provide a sound and complete axiomatization of the qualitative part of Bayes’ rule.

El conocimiento grupal de agentes epistémicamente responsables = Group knowledge of epistemically responsible agents

open access: yesVeritas, 2015
This paper examines the concept of group knowledge. I start by noticing that we often seem compelled to attribute epistemic attitudes to groups, even when those attitudes differ from the ones held by their individual members. However, it is also the case

Dynamic Epistemic Logic in Game Design

open access: yesProceedings of the AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Interactive Digital Entertainment, 2017
Dynamic Epistemic Logics are a set of multimodal logics that deal with knowledge and change. We argue that the theory for this formalism is mature enough to start a practical implementation, while at the same time having a sizable amount of theoretical expansions.

Exploring Supply Chain Visibility for Circularity: A Delphi Approach

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Circular supply chains (CSCs) depend on enhanced supply chain visibility (SCV) to track and manage resource flows and thereby enable efficient decision‐making. Despite confronting silo mentalities, fragmented information, technological barriers, resistance to change, and a lack of standardization, data sharing remains crucial for SCV and ...

Achieving Carbon Neutrality: Strategic Pathways to Sustainability and Net Zero in Manufacturing Supply Chains

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Reaching global net‐zero targets has become an urgent priority as businesses and nations face increasing pressure to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Achieving carbon neutrality in manufacturing supply chains requires comprehensive systemic changes across business processes.

Beyond Economic‐Environmental Dominance: Knowledge Management and Responsible Sustainability in Business Strategy Research

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study provides an exploratory, descriptive analysis of how knowledge management (KM) research engages with responsible sustainability from a strategic perspective. Using bibliometric science mapping, we analyse 97 Web of Science publications to identify dominant thematic patterns, relative emphases and conceptual blind spots shaping the ...

Food System Through the Lens of a Circular Society: A Transdisciplinary Approach to Integrating Literature and Practice

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Circular society (CS) conceptualises circularity as a multi‐level governance transformation involving the redistribution of authority, responsibility and coordination across socio‐institutional systems. Yet the concept remains insufficiently operationalised in empirical research.

General Dynamic Dynamic Logic

open access: yes, 2012
Dynamic epistemic logic (DEL) extends purely modal epistemic logic (S5) by adding dynamic operators that change the model structure. Propositional dynamic logic (PDL) extends basic modal logic with programs that allow the definition of complex modalities.

Reclaiming Anatomy as Method: From Morphological Reasoning to Clinical Relevance

open access: yesClinical Anatomy, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT In recent decades, molecular biology and omics technologies have profoundly reshaped biomedical research, with genomics, proteomics, and other high‐throughput approaches dominating scientific agendas and funding priorities. Within this molecular paradigm, however, the anatomical sciences face an epistemic and institutional tension: morphology,
