Dynamic hysteresis modelling

open access: yesPhysica B: Condensed Matter, 2004
A viscous-type dynamic hysteresis model (DHM) is developed. The DHM is compatible with static underlying model of any type and nature (Preisach or non-Preisach). The distinguishing features of the DHM are its arbitrary frequency dependence and the ability to control the shape of the dynamic hysteresis loop. The numerical method for the incorporation of

Dynamic hysteresis features in a two-dimensional mixed Ising system

open access: yesPhysics Letters, Section A: General, Atomic and Solid State Physics, 2015
The dynamic hysteresis features in a two-dimensional mixed spin (1,3/2) Ising system are studied by using the within the effective-field theory with correlations based on Glauber-type stochastic.

Prediction of dynamic hysteresis loops of nano-crystalline cores

open access: yesExpert Systems With Applications, 2009
Dynamic hysteresis loops of a range of nano-crystalline cores have been obtained over a wide frequency range (1-50 kHz). A dynamic hysteresis model front measurements using an artificial neural network trained by the delta-bar-delta learning algorithm ...

HYSTERESIS IN THE DYNAMICS OF EMPLOYMENT

Metroeconomica, 2012
ABSTRACTIn this paper, we derive a micro model of employment demand with hysteresis whereby firms can adjust along an intensive (employment) and an extensive (hours of work) margin. A mechanism of aggregation over heterogeneous firms is used to generate the corresponding aggregate dynamics.

Dynamics of a relay oscillator with hysteresis

2007 46th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control, 2007
The dynamics of a hysteretic relay oscillator with sinusoidal forcing is studied in this paper. Periodic excitation gives rise to periodic, quasiperiodic and chaotic responses. A Poincare map is introduced to facilitate mathematical analysis. Conditions on the amplitude and frequency of the forcing for the existence of periodic solutions have been ...

The dynamic model of magnetic hysteresis

2015 IEEE International Conference on Industrial Technology (ICIT), 2015
This paper presents the scalar dynamic magnetic hysteresis model based on the Preisach theory. The important role in this theory played hysteresis operator states. The changes of these operators' states are not immediate in the dynamic model but they are a function of time and parameter k representing the magnetic properties of the material.

Hesitation phenomenon in dynamical hysteresis

Physical Review Letters, 1993
The effect of the sweeping velocity on the hysteresis loop of a bistable system is examined in the case where the velocity is so large that the system is prevented from undergoing any transition during the forward sweep. The experiments, made on optical and electronic devices, evidence a dramatic instability (``hesitation'') of the return path of the ...
