UC-Secure Dynamic Searchable Symmetric Encryption Scheme
2016In a dynamic searchable symmetric encryption (SSE) scheme, a client can add/modify/delete encrypted files. In this paper, we first prove a weak equivalence between the UC security and the stand alone security based on the previous work on static SSE schemes.

Dynamic Multi-Phrase Ranked Search over Encrypted Data with Symmetric Searchable Encryption
IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, 2020As cloud computing becomes prevalent, more and more data owners are likely to outsource their data to a cloud server. However, to ensure privacy, the data should be encrypted before outsourcing. Symmetric searchable encryption allows users to retrieve keyword over encrypted data without decrypting the data.

Dynamic Symmetric Searchable Encryption from Constrained Functional Encryption
2016Searchable symmetric encryption allows a party to encrypt data while maintaining the ability to partially search for over it. We present a scheme that balances efficiency, privacy, and the set of admissible operations: Our scheme searches in time logarithmic in the size of the word dictionary i.e., it is independent of the number of files, satisfies ...

Keyword-Search Interval-Query Dynamic Symmetric Searchable Encryption
2019Searchable Symmetric Encryption (SSE) enables clients to securely store data on untrusted server while keeping the ability to search and update over the encrypted data efficiently. For practical purposes, we also need several additional properties to make our search function more versatile.

Privacy-Preserving Searchable Encryption Scheme over Encrypted Data Supporting Dynamic Update
2019With the advancement of network technology, cloud computing services have become popular due to the on-demand availability of computing resources, large-scale data storage and distribution. Many users are influenced to outsource their private data to cloud servers to cut the costs of building by storing their data locally.

Benchmarking Dynamic Searchable Symmetric Encryption with Search Pattern Hiding
2019 International Conference on Intelligent Computing and its Emerging Applications (ICEA), 2019Searchable symmetric encryption (SSE) is an important technique for cloud computing. SSE allows encrypted critical data stored on an untrusted cloud server to be searched using keywords, returning correct data, but the keywords and data content are unknown by the server. However, an SSE database is not practical because the data is generally frequently

Multi-user Forward Secure Dynamic Searchable Symmetric Encryption
2018Searchable Symmetric Encryption (SSE) makes it possible to privacy-preserving search over encrypted data stored on an untrusted server. Dynamic SSE schemes add the ability for the user to support secure update of encrypted data records. However, recent attacks show that update information can be exploited to recover the underlying values of ciphertexts.

Forward Privacy Analysis of a Dynamic Searchable Encryption Scheme
2020Dynamic searchable encryption is one branch of searchable encryption. Compared with the static searchable encryption, a dynamic searchable encryption scheme can support update (add or delete) of outsourced data. However, this kind of operation may cause data leakage.
