Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Fuzzy Dynamic Reliability Model of Dependent Series Mechanical Systems
Conventional static fuzzy reliability models cannot be directly extended for dynamic reliability analysis of mechanical systems, which consist of correlative components with strength degradation, due to the difficulties in describing the strength ...

Detecting circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in blood before surgery may help predict outcomes in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Here, we show when combined with tumor size and lymph node involvement from routine imaging, CTC status identifies high‐risk patients with poorer survival—offering a simple, minimally invasive tool ...

CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE EVOLUTION OF GROSS DOMESTIC EXPENDITURE ON R&D (GERD) IN ROMANIA AND EU COUNTRIES. PART II – DYNAMIC RHYTHMS [PDF]
In this paper we have analyzed the evolution of Gross Domestic Expenditure on R&D (GERD) in Romania and EU countries on the last ten years with the available data (2013-2022) provided by the EUROSTAT database.

Time series analysis with dynamic law exploration
In this paper we examine, how the dynamic laws governing the time evolution of a time series can be identified. We give a finite difference equation as well as a differential equation representation for that. We also study, how the required symmetries, like time reversal can be imposed on the laws. We study the compression performance of linear laws on

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...
