SUBSTITUTIONS, TILING DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS AND MINIMAL SELF-JOININGS
We investigate substitution subshifts and tiling dynamical systems arising from the substitutions (1) theta : 0 -> 001, 1 -> 11001 and (2) eta : 0 > 001, 1 -> 11100. We show that the substitution subshifts arising from 61 and n have minimal self-joinings

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Logical Dynamics and Dynamical Systems.
This thesis is on information dynamics modeled using *dynamic epistemic logic* (DEL). It takes the simple perspective of identifying models with maps, which under a suitable topology may be analyzed as *topological dynamical systems*. It is composed of an introduction and six papers.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Designing a New Digital Modulator for Chaotic Secure Communication Systems Using Total
This paper addresses a new method for decreasing error in secure chaotic communication which utilizes an adaptive law in demodulator part. The basic tools in this process are the Total Least Square as the fundamental technique in demodulating section and

Federated Learning Under a Digital Communication Model
Federated learning (FL) has received significant attention recently as a topic in distributed learning. In FL, a global model is cooperatively trained by edge devices, as agents, where data is locally generated, processed, and utilized.
