中国(广州地区)正常人群EAP表型及血痕EAP表型的检测

本文介绍用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法对广州地区523例健康无关个体EAP表型的检测结果。红细胞酸性磷酸酶(erythrocyte acid phosphatase简称EAP)A型32例(6.1％),EAP BA型175例(33.5％);EAP B型316例(60.4％),此外还发现了5例变异型EAP RA。同时还检测了58例ESR升高患者的EAP表型,其结果与正常人群比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对血痕EAP表型检测的结果表明,在室温下保存5周的血痕EAP表型能全部正确定型,有少数保存6个月仍能正确定型 ...
