ABSTRACT A 53‐year‐old HIV‐positive man presented with progressive dyspnea, hoarseness, and near‐complete tracheal obstruction. Computed tomography and rigid bronchoscopy identified a > 90% obstructing tracheal mass. Histopathology with immunohistochemistry confirmed extramedullary plasmacytoma.
