Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Comb-based WDM transmission at 10 Tbit/s using a DC-driven quantum-dash mode-locked laser diode
Chip-scale frequency comb generators have the potential to become key building blocks of compact wavelength-division multiplexing (WDM) transceivers in future metropolitan or campus-area networks.

RR Lyrae variables in M5 as a test of pulsational theory [PDF]
We present B and V CCD photometry for variables in the cluster central region, adding new data for 32 variables and giving suitable light curves, mean magnitudes and corrected colors for 17 RR Lyrae. Implementing the data given in this paper with similar

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

E2A selectively regulates TGF‐β–induced apoptosis in KRAS‐mutant non‐small cell lung cancer
Ability to induce apoptosis by TGF‐β is frequently lost in advanced lung adenocarcinoma despite intact TGF‐β signaling. We identify E2A as a mutant KRAS–dependent mediator of resistance to TGF‐β–induced apoptosis. TGF‐β induces E2A via SMAD3 in mutant KRAS cells, and E2A silencing restores apoptosis and enhances radiation response in cell lines ...

Identification and Ranking of Barriers to the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Model Implementation in Iranian Banks Using the FAHP and WASPAS Technique [PDF]
Objective: The purpose of this research is to identify and quantify the challenges of implementing the expected credit loss (ECL) model in Iranian banks. This model can identify the effects of defaults in earlier periods, which would reduce the volume of

Non-magnetic impurities in two- and three- dimensional Heisenberg antiferromagnets
In this paper we study in a large-S expansion effects of substituting spins by non-magnetic impurities in two- and three- dimensional Heisenberg antiferromagnets in a weak magnetic field.

Assessing the Impact of Modelling on the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) of a Portfolio of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises [PDF]
This paper studies the impact of the internal modelling on the calculation of expected credit loss in the framework of the international standard IFRS 9. Indeed, the probability of default of counterparty depends on the model used for the conception of the internal rating system.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.
