Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study shows that in glioma stem cells (GSCs), RBM12 recruits ALKBH5 to remove m6A from SLC7A5 transcripts, thereby enhancing mRNA stability, which elevates large neutral amino acid (LNAA) levels and activates mTORC1, promoting GSC proliferation, self‐renewal, and tumor growth.

Matrix Stiffness Induces Endothelial Network Senescence
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Using a 3D human in vitro model that decouples mechanical stress from inflammatory or biochemical signals, matrix stiffening induces a senescence phenotype in endothelial networks. This mechano‐induced senescence activates Notch signaling, and pharmacologic Notch inhibition attenuates this stiffness‐induced senescence.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Working model of SLC44A2‐mediated maintenance of pDC homeostasis. This model illustrates two central mechanisms by which SLC44A2 regulates pDC homeostasis: (1) SLC44A2 limits IFN‐I production by exporting amino acids (T, N, Q), thereby preventing spontaneous pDC activation.

Current Collector Engineering for New Efficient Bioresorbable Sodium‐Ion Batteries
Advanced Science, EarlyView.A bioresorbable Na‐ion battery is proposed with Mo or Mg thin‐film current collectors for temporary implants. Mo‐based batteries exhibit superior electrochemical performance and stable cycling compared with Mg counterparts. XPS was used to investigate the Mo/Mg surface oxidation.
