Bioorthogonal Tools for Ethanolamine Lipids and Protein Conjugates
Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.An alkyne‐tagged ethanolamine analog (AlkEA) enables bioorthogonal, metabolic labeling of endogenous phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and its protein modifications. AlkEA is incorporated into PE via the Kennedy pathway, allowing CuAAC‐based visualization of PE and affinity capture of PE‐conjugated LC3, ubiquitin, and GPI‐anchored proteins.

Basal Plane Graphene Coated Zn Powder for High Performance Aqueous Zn Metal Batteries
Advanced Science, EarlyView.A mechanofusion‐driven dry coating forms a hydrophobic graphene shell on Zn powder, stabilizing the electrode‐electrolyte interface. This basal‐plane‐rich protective layer modifies the Zn2+ solvation environment and promotes preferential growth along the (002) plane, suppressing dendrite and parasitic reactions.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.GSTM4 enhances the interaction between ACLY and the E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM27, thereby increasing K48‐linked ubiquitination at the K554 site of ACLY and promoting its degradation. Consequently, GSTM4 regulates lipid synthesis, as well as the proliferation and metastasis of PCa cells, by modulating ACLY stability.
