Dirichlet problems with skew-symmetric drift terms
We prove existence of finite energy solutions for a linear Dirichlet problem with a drift and a convection term of the form $A\,E(x)\nabla u + \mathrm{div}(u\,E(x))$, with $A > 0$ and $E$ in $(L^{r}(\Omega ))^{N}$.

ABSTRACT We consider a Maxwell system on ℝ3$$ {\mathbb{R}}^3 $$ with highly oscillating periodic coefficients. It is known that the solutions converge in the weak‐ ∗$$ \ast $$ topology of L∞(0,T;L2(ℝ3))$$ {L}^{\infty}\left(0,T;\kern0.3em {L}^2\left({\mathbb{R}}^3\right)\right) $$ to the solution of a similar problem with constant coefficients given as ...

This study investigates the steady-state Darcy-Brinkman flow within a thin, saturated porous domain, focusing on the effects of viscous dissipation and non-homogeneous boundary condition for the temperature.

Chemostat models with Monod and Haldane consumption functions and random environmental fluctuations
In this paper, we study the asymptotic dynamics of two chemostat models with random environmental fluctuations modeled by means of real noise, where different consumption functions for the consumer species (Monod and Haldane) are taking into account. For each model, our main goal is to investigate the existence of deterministic attracting sets.
