800 kV Fast Circuit Breaker: Mechanical Coupling Modelling, Buffer Design and Development

ABSTRACT The 800 kV fast circuit breaker (CB) used in ultra‐high voltage (UHV) converter transformer can reduce the total breaking time to 25 ms. It significantly improves the action speed and breaking capacity of the CB, with promising broad application prospects.

The habenula routes negative‐outcome signals to VTA, RMTg, and IPN to shape aversive learning and motivation. The lateral habenula encodes acute negative prediction errors to rapidly adapt behavior to threat, fear, and avoidance.
