Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Aspects of edge list-colourings
An assignment of colours to the edges of a multigraph is called an \(s\)-improper edge-colouring if no colour appears on more than \(s\) edges incident with any given vertex. In this paper it is proved that if \(L:E(G) \rightarrow 2^{N}\) is an assignment of lists of colours to the edges of a multigraph \(G\) with \(|L(e)|\geq \lceil \max {d(u),d(v)}/s\

Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

On upper chromatic number for SQS(10) and SQS(16)
A mixed hypergraph is characterized by the fact that it possesses anti-edges as well as edges. In a colouring of a mixed hypergraph, every anti-edge has at least two vertices of the same colour and every edge has at least two vertices coloured ...

THE ENTIRE FACE IRREGULARITY STRENGTH OF A BOOK WITH POLYGONAL PAGES
A face irregular entire labeling is introduced by Baca et al. recently, as a modification of the well-known vertex irregular and edge irregular total labeling of graphs and the idea of the entire colouring of plane graph.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Parallel O(log(n)) time edge-colouring of trees and Halin graphs [PDF]
We present parallel O(log(n))-time algorithms for optimal edge colouring of trees and Halin graphs with n processors on a a parallel random access machine without write conflicts (P-RAM).
