Animal Models and Experimental Medicine, EarlyView.D‐limonene supplementation enhances testicular recovery following orchiopexy in a rat model of bilateral cryptorchidism. Treatment with D‐limonene reduces oxidative stress (↓MDA, ↑SOD, ↑GPx, ↑TAC), downregulates pro‐apoptotic proteins (↓TNF‐α, ↓BAX, ↓Caspase‐3), and upregulates anti‐apoptotic Bcl‐2 expression.

Animal Models and Experimental Medicine, EarlyView.This study provides the first evidence of natural TP53 variation between tree shrew subspecies and identifies somatic TP53 mutations in spontaneous tree shrew sarcomas. The high structural and functional conservation of tree shrew p53 with humans supports its utility as a relevant model for TP53‐related cancer research.

Seasonal Fluctuations of Plastochromanol‐8 and α‐Tocopherol Amounts in the Leaves of Cecropia Trees
Journal of the American Oil Chemists' Society, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Plastochromanol‐8 (PC‐8) is a homologue of γ‐tocotrienol with a longer side chain (eight instead of three isoprene units) and therefore also a representative of the tocochromanol (vitamin E) group. PC‐8 has been determined in various plants and seeds, with Cecropia sp. leaves showing unusually high levels.
