Improved Molybdenum Dioxide Atomic Layer Deposition Process by Introducing Pre‐Reduction Agent
This study investigates MoO2 thin films deposited by ALD as electrode materials for next‐generation DRAM capacitors. A pre‐reduction step using ethanol is introduced to control the oxidation state of MoOx and to suppress surface morphology degradation.

Tailoring Metal Nuclearity of Pt/γ‐Al2O3 Catalysts: When Molecular Precursors Matter
Optimizing Pt/γ‐Al2O3 catalysts by surface organometallic chemistry: the MeCpPtMe3 precursor excels in isolating Pt single atoms post‐calcination, more than tmedaPtMe2 and CODPtMe2. Reduction forms sub‐nanometric clusters, with enhanced single‐atom ratios and smaller particle size with respect to incipient‐wetness impregnation methods.
