Ferroelectric Quantum Dots for Retinomorphic In‐Sensor Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This work has provided a protocol for fabricating retinomorphic phototransistors by integrating ferroelectric ligands with quantum dots. The resulting device combines ferroelectricity, optical responsiveness, and low‐power operation to enable adaptive signal amplification and high recognition accuracy under low‐light conditions, while supporting ...

Parameter optimization and engineering test of liquid CO2 injection in bedding boreholes for coal seam CH4 displacement

open access: yesMeikuang Anquan
To improve the drainage efficiency of outburst and low-permeability coal seam gas, this study takes the liquid CO2 displacing coal seam CH4 technology as the core, and explores the influence of CO2 injection pressure parameters and borehole spacing on ...

Ultra-High-Pressure Hydraulic Slitting Pressure Relief and Penetration Enhancement Technology and Equipment for Soft Coal Seams

open access: yesGeofluids, 2022
There is a “bottleneck effect” in the extraction process of ordinary boreholes. It is crucial to enhance the permeability of the boreholes. In this paper, a set of ultra-high-pressure water jet-based drilling and slotting integrated equipment was ...

Seta‐Inspired Mechano‐Intelligent Janus Bandage with Coordinated Adhesion–Contraction for Minimizing Scarring

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We developed a bioinspired mechano‐intelligent Janus bandage (MIB) with a hydrophobic flat exterior and a hydrophilic interior featuring gecko‐mimicking wedged microstructures, fabricated via micromolding and anisotropic plasma treatment. The MIB dynamically synchronizes adhesion and contraction, enabling precise force modulation.

Numerical Analysis and Prediction of Coal Mine Methane Drainage Based on Gas–Solid Coupling Model

open access: yes, 2019
Methane drainage using boreholes is one of the most effective means of preventing coal mine methane disasters. However, the distributions of stress and permeability around the borehole and the effective influence radius of methane drainage are not ...

Research on the Optimized Layout of Boreholes in Low-Permeability Coal Seams to Eliminate Gas Drainage Blank Zones

open access: yesGeofluids
With the increasing depth and complexity of coal mining in China, the gas control in coal seam has become increasingly important. Gas predrainage through boreholes is an effective means of gas control, and the effective drainage radius of boreholes is a ...

Universal Conductance Fluctuations in Quantum Anomalous Hall Insulators

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Universal conductance fluctuations are observed in mesoscopic quantum anomalous Hall insulators. Two distinct fluctuation patterns are identified, arising from different interference processes of bulk and chiral edge states, respectively. These findings unveil rich quantum interference phenomena in quantum anomalous Hall insulators and provide insights
