Conformal bootstrap at large charge

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2018
We consider unitary CFTs with continuous global symmetries in d > 2. We consider a state created by the lightest operator of large charge Q ≫ 1 and analyze the correlator of two light charged operators in this state.

Introduction to effective field theory [PDF]

open access: yesNuclear Physics A, 2001
An introduction to methods of effective field theory is given. Examples are presented, including Rayleigh scattering from nonrelativistic quantum mechnics, chiral perturbation theory/QCD as well as electromagnetic and weak interactions of nucleons.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

On effective field theories with celestial duals

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
We show that associativity of the tree-level OPE in a celestial CFT imposes constraints on the coupling constants of the corresponding bulk theory. These constraints are the same as those derived in [9] from the Jacobi identity of the algebra of soft ...

Chiral effective field theories of the strong interactions

open access: yes, 2011
Effective field theories of the strong interactions based on the approximate chiral symmetry of QCD provide a model-independent approach to low-energy hadron physics.

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Relations between anomalous dimensions in the Regge limit

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
We extend the recent formalism developed for computing rapidity anomalous dimension of form factors using unitarity to the problem of high-energy near forward scattering.

Stochastic Behavior of Effective Field Theories Across Threshold

open access: yes, 1996
We explore how the existence of a field with a heavy mass influences the low energy dynamics of a quantum field with a light mass by expounding the stochastic characters of their interactions which take on the form of fluctuations in the number of (heavy

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.
