Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Towards Knowledge Management System for Quality Management: Improving Effectivity of Organisations [PDF]
Both knowledge management and quality management enable organizsations to operate successfully in dynamic and turbulent environment. A knowledge management system for quality management therefore is seen as a means of enhancing effectivity of ...

[[abstract]]The impact of design on logistics cannot be ignored, and design for logistics is a new concept similar to design for manufacturing or design for assembly. Engineering change is one of the scenarios that would require logistics support. Change

ON THE CONTINUITY OF REPRESENTATIONS OF EFFECTIVITY FUNCTIONS [PDF]
An effectivity function assigns to each coalition of individuals in a society a family of subsets of alternatives such that the coalition can force the outcome of society’s choice to be a member of each of the subsets separately.

Biophysical approaches for studying viral entry
Viruses infect all living organisms and have been responsible for major epidemics and pandemics. Their ongoing evolutionary battle with host defenses creates a constant need for improved tools to study viral behavior. Advancing methods to probe viral attachment, fusion, and genome release deepen our understanding of how infections begin and support the

Decomposable Effectivity Functions [PDF]
Decomposable effectivity functions are introduced as an extension of additive effectivity functions. Whereas additive effectivity functions are determined by pairs of additive TU-games, decomposable effectivity functions are generated by pairs of TU ...

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.
