Ordered assembly of Cas12a for better performance of CRISPR/Cas system with application to the diagnosis of dental caries

Here, we present a tetrahedral DNA framework (TDF)‐mediated Cas12a ordered assembly strategy. TDFs arrange CRISPR/Cas12a into ordered structures controllably, enhancing catalytic efficiency through localized Cas12a hotspots while maintaining spatial intervals to facilitate substrate diffusion.

A colouring of a design is block‐equitable, if for each block, the number of points coloured with any available pair of colours differ by at most one.
