Oxytetracycline transfer into chicken egg yolk or albumen
This study was conducted to determine whether the approved doses of oxytetracycline (OTC) for breeder hens and meat-type poultry would produce drug residue transfer into egg components when fed to laying hens. Twenty hens were assigned to equal groups (n = 10) and fed either 50 or 200 g/ton OTC for 5 d.

Abstract Eggs from hens at 42 and 65 wk of age, respectively, were stored for time and temperature combinations of 0, 7, 10, and 14 d at 4, 12, 20, 28, and 37 °C in two experiments. The egg albumen was analysed for raw albumen quality parameters and dry matter content.

Cytoplasmic p21 promotes colorectal cancer stem cell (CSC) features by destabilizing the NFκB–IκB complex, activating NFκB signaling, and upregulating BCL‐xL and COX2. In contrast to nuclear p21, cytoplasmic p21 enhances spheroid formation and stemness transcription factor CD133.
