EGG ALBUMEN QUALITY AS AFFECTED BY BIRD ORIGIN [PDF]
The purpose of study was to assess the effect of bird genome on egg albumen quality. Egg albumen harvested from seven local strains of laying hens: S-55, K-44, K-66, A-88, A-22, M-55 and V-44 were taken as experimental material.

Transient Resistive Switching Devices Made from Egg Albumen Dielectrics and Dissolvable Electrodes.
Egg albumen as the dielectric, and dissolvable Mg and W as the top and bottom electrodes are used to fabricate water-soluble memristors. 4 × 4 cross-bar configuration memristor devices show a bipolar resistive switching behavior with a high to low ...

Oxytetracycline transfer into chicken egg yolk or albumen
This study was conducted to determine whether the approved doses of oxytetracycline (OTC) for breeder hens and meat-type poultry would produce drug residue transfer into egg components when fed to laying hens. Twenty hens were assigned to equal groups (n = 10) and fed either 50 or 200 g/ton OTC for 5 d.

The Effect of Shell Egg Pasteurization on the Protein Quality of Albumen
The effect of a low-temperature, extended-time, in-shell pasteurization process on the protein quality of egg albumen was evaluated. Ten dozen fresh chicken eggs were pasteurized in a hot-air oven at 55 C for 180 min. The eggs were refrigerated and broken out for analysis on Days 0, 7, 14, 28, 42, and 56 following pasteurization.

TGF‐β has a complex role in cancer, exhibiting both tumor‐suppressive and tumor‐promoting properties. Using a series of differentiated tumoroids, derived from different stages and mutational background of colorectal cancer patients, we replicate this duality of TGF‐β in vitro. Notably, the atypical but highly aggressive KRASQ22K mutation rendered early‐
