International Journal of Dermatology, EarlyView.Ritlecitinib induced rapid clinical improvement in moderate‐to‐severe alopecia areata in real‐world practice. Early change in SALT at Week 12 strongly discriminated Week‐24 responders, supporting a pragmatic treat‐to‐target checkpoint, alongside improvements in clinician‐reported and patient‐reported outcomes and a favorable safety profile.
