A 60-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with worsening dyspnoea, cough and chest pain. This was on a background of weight loss, decreased appetite, mononeuritis multiplex, chronic eosinophilia and a single episode of a non-blanching rash.

Efficacy of Full and Limited Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps: A Randomised Controlled Trial

Both Full and Limited FESS result in clinically meaningful relief of disease‐specific HRQoL and nasal breathing, effectively improving nasal symptoms and sleep disturbance in CRSwNP patients. Clinically meaningful difference in decrease of SNOT‐22 scores between the groups was not found at 12‐ and 24–month follow‐up.
