Partial Eigenstructure Assignment for Linear Time-Invariant Systems via Dynamic Compensator
This article studies the partial eigenstructure assignment (PEA) problem for a type of linear time-invariant (LTI) system. By introducing a dynamic output feedback controller, the closed-loop system is similar to a given arbitrary constant matrix, so the

Vibration control for the solar panels of spacecraft: Innovation methods and potential approaches
Abstract Solar panels on spacecraft are typical kinds of flexible structures. Low‐frequency and large‐amplitude vibrations usually occur due to the inevitable disturbances of deployment impact, attitude/orbit maneuver, separation/docking impact, and so forth.

We investigate the problem of robust direction‐of‐arrival (DOA) estimation with unknown antenna gain and phase uncertainties for the dual‐polarised conformal array. Some techniques including weight sharing, grid pruning, and suppressing the equivalent noise have been adopted to significantly alleviate the negative effects of uncertainties and enhance ...

Feedback stabilization of switched linear systems via a parametric approach
Two multiple matrix equation problems completely solved in parametric forms. Feedback stabilizaiton for certain linear switched systems under arbitrary switching is realized. Abstract This paper solves two matrix equations problems completely which are originated from the problems of state feedback stabilization of first‐order and second‐order switched

Diagonal dominance via eigenstructure assignment [PDF]
This paper presents a new methodology for diagonal dominance of large-scale systems via eigenstructure assignment. For a given large-scale system in general form, an equivalent descriptor system in the input–output decentralized form is defined. Sufficient conditions for diagonal dominance of the closed-loop system are introduced.
