Eisenstein series for the Weil representation [PDF]
We compute the Fourier expansion of vector valued Eisenstein series for the Weil representation associated to an even lattice. To this end, we define certain twists by Dirichlet characters of the usual Eisenstein series associated to isotropic elements in the discriminant form of the underlying lattice.

An endochondral differentiation process in the CEPs drives pathologic disc calcification in aging LG/J mice, and NP cell hypertrophic transdifferentiation secondarily contributes. Supplementing drinking water with 80 mM K3Citrate during aging markedly reduced disc calcification, attenuated NP cell transdifferentiation, and mildly improved NP and AF ...

Virasoro blocks and quasimodular forms
We analyse Virasoro blocks in the regime of heavy intermediate exchange (h p → ∞). For the 1-point block on the torus and the 4-point block on the sphere, we show that each order in the large-h p expansion can be written in closed form as polynomials in ...

Situating Experience in Social Meaning: Stance, Salience, and Enregisterment
ABSTRACT This article uses mixed methods to establish how social meanings are situated in lived experiences. I test whether Greek listeners recognize features of Istanbul Greek (IG) and whether they associate the same social meanings with the variety as IG speakers. Results from a verbal guise experiment and metapragmatic stancetaking discourse suggest

Modular invariance in superstring theory from N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4 super-Yang-Mills
We study the four-point function of the lowest-lying half-BPS operators in the N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4 SU(N) super-Yang-Mills theory and its relation to the flat-space four-graviton amplitude in type IIB superstring theory. We work in a large-N expansion

The Reciprocal Relationship Between Short‐ and Long‐Term Motor Learning and Neurometabolites
Baseline GABA and Glx levels in motor‐related brain regions predicted motor learning success, with training‐induced neurotransmitter changes reflecting adaptive neuroplasticity over a 4‐week bimanual motor‐learning intervention. No task‐related neurotransmitter modulation could be shown in left PMd; however, the maximal modulatory capacity at baseline ...

Lo schermo come quadrato dinamico e l’architettura di vetro
In a phase of the history of film and media theories, such as ours, characterised by an intense debate about the notions of medium and dispositif, going back to authors such as Dziga Vertov and Sergei M. Eisenstein, Siegfried Kracauer and Walter Benjamin,

Modular invariant gluon-graviton scattering in AdS at one loop
We consider mixed gluon-graviton scattering in Type IIB string theory on AdS5 × S 5/ℤ 2 in the presence of D7 branes, which is dual to a mixed correlator of the SO(8) and SU(2) L flavor multiplets of a certain 4d N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 USp(2N) gauge ...

Modular graph functions and odd cuspidal functions. Fourier and Poincaré series
Modular graph functions are SL(2, ℤ)-invariant functions associated with Feynman graphs of a two-dimensional conformal field theory on a torus of modulus τ. For one-loop graphs they reduce to real analytic Eisenstein series. We obtain the Fourier series,
