The leaves of Averrhoa bilimbi L. are known to contain secondary metabolites such as flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, triterpenoids, and steroids, which have potential as natural antioxidants. This study aimed to formulate and evaluate hard candy lozenges of Averrhoa bilimbi leaf extract using Trigona honey as a natural sweetener.
