Crinodendron, Dubouzetia and Peripentadenia, Closely Related in Elaeocarpaceae

Kew Bulletin, 1987
I consider Elaeocarpaceae to comprise nine genera. In 1985 I published a paper in which I argued that Aristotelia L'Her. and Vallea L.f. were a distinct group in Elaeocarpaceae. Sloanea L. is rather isolated in the family; in 1983 I considered the Old World species, but have not yet been able to study the New World.
