Proton‐Radiation Hardening of High‐Speed Ge/Si Integrated Photodetectors for Space Applications
Hydrogen loading is demonstrated as a radiation‐hardening strategy for high‐speed Ge/Si integrated photodetectors under broadband proton irradiation. By suppressing irradiation‐induced leakage‐current growth and mitigating bandwidth degradation, hydrogen‐loaded devices maintain high‐speed operation and improved stability, providing a practical route ...

SPARK decodes structure‐property relationships in anion exchange membranes (AEMs) via a chemically informed dual‐channel graph attention network (DEGAT) that explicitly captures microphase separation. It outputs five‐level grades for hydroxide conductivity and alkaline stability and highlights relevant key structural units, enabling robust pre ...

EOS/ESD Sensitivity of Functional rf-MEMS Switches
The sensitivity to ESD events of electrostatically driven ohmic RF-MEMS switches under actuated and not-actuated conditions is here investigated. We have found that stiction and charge-trapping phenomena can be induced by EOS/ESD events.

A Survey for Deep Reinforcement Learning Based Network Intrusion Detection
This paper surveys deep reinforcement learning (DRL) for network intrusion detection, evaluating model efficiency, minority attack detection, and dataset imbalance. Findings show DRL achieves state‐of‐the‐art results on public datasets, sometimes surpassing traditional deep learning.

ABSTRACT Accurate state of health (SOH) estimation of Li‐ion batteries is essential for ensuring safety, reliability, and prolonging battery lifespan in energy storage systems and electric vehicles. This study proposes a hybrid temporal convolutional network (TCN)–transformer framework that effectively captures both short‐term temporal dynamics and ...

Abstract Research Summary Board human capital theory posits that directors' skills shape firm behavior. Most studies, however, examine one skill type at a time, assuming that each director contributes independently of the other skills represented on the board.

This study uses coupled computational fluid dynamic‐discrete element method (CFD–DEM) simulations to investigate biomass particle injection through a shrouded lance in electric arc furnaces (EAFs). It examines how biomass properties, feed rate, and lance design affect particle dispersion and delivery efficiency.

Abstract The objective of the present study is to investigate solar wind‐magnetosphere‐ionosphere coupling (SWMIC) under intense external driving in terms of dayside ground magnetic disturbances. Dayside magnetic reconnection drives a region‐1 sense current system, the SWMIC current system.
