A seventh-order model for dynamic response of an electro-hydraulic servo valve
AbstractIn this paper, taking two degrees of freedom on the armature–flapper assembly into account, a seventh-order model is deduced and proposed for the dynamic response of a two-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve from nonlinear equations. These deductions are based on fundamental laws of electromagnetism, fluid, and general mechanics.

This paper studied the periodic reference tracking in electro‐hydraulic systems and provided a general PR controller to achieve high tracking performance. The related stability result is derived by the Routh–Hurwitz criterion. Abstract The growth of marine resources exploitation has led to increased research interest in electro‐hydraulic systems for ...

Accurate control of front wheel angle is essential in intelligent vehicle electric‐hydraulic power steering (EHPS) system, because it has a significant impact on the safety, comfort, and reliability of vehicle steering. However, the accurate control of front wheel angle is a challenging problem due to the non‐linearity of hydraulic power in the ...

Claw‐pole magnetic levitation torque motor for 2D valve with automatic neutral adjustment
A claw‐pole magnetic levitation torque motor with neutral regulation by means of cogging torque is proposed. A qualitative formula for the output torque is derived based on equivalent magnetic circuit, and the structural parameters of this torque motor are optimised by response surface method and NSGA‐2.

Narendra adaptive control is considered as the external‐loop and LADRC is considered as the internal‐loop to adjust controller parameters in real‐time, while the “total disturbance” can be estimated and compensated. The designed adaptive control law not only contains the augmentation error term of the system but also introduces the system state ...

A state observer is designed to estimate the unmeasured states of the electro‐hydraulic ammunition ramming system. Then, command filtered technology and corresponding compensating technique of filtering errors are further applied to suppress the complexity of differential explosion in backstepping iteration.
