Electrode tool wear at the electrical discharge machining
The electrical discharge machining EDM is based on the material removal as consequence of the erosive effect of the electrical discharges in pulse, occurring between the electrode - tool that contributes to the macroscopic localization of the process, and the workpiece - electrode, if there is an equipment that provides the adequate conditions for the ...

Ordered three‐dimensional anodic aluminum oxide (3D‐AAO) nanoarchitectures with longitudinal and transverse pores enable architecture‐driven metamaterials. The review maps fabrication advances, including hybrid pulse anodization, and shows how 3D‐AAO templates tailor properties across magnetism, energy, catalysis, and sensing.
