Dynamics of valence-shell electrons and nuclei probed by strong-field holography and rescattering
Capturing ultrafast molecular dynamics is difficult as the process involves coupled and very fast motions of electrons and nuclei. Here the authors study non-adiabatic dynamics in the NO molecule using strong-field photoelectron holography to shed light ...

Wavefront Modulation and Beam Shaping into Arbitrary Three-Dimensional Intensity Distributions
In this study the methods of three-dimensional (3D) wavefront intensity modulation by employing contrast-inverted holography, previously introduced as Gabor inverted holography, are further investigated.

Hybrid Electron Holography [PDF]
When a plane wave, whether a photon, electron or neutron, passes through a transparent object, the exit wave provides information about the object’s internal structure, refractive index, electric and magnetic fields within and near the specimen plus many other signals, depending on the type of radiation. The ability to detect the full exit wavefunction

Carbonated Fluorapatite‐Gelatin‐Composites: Morphogenesis and Structure of Kniep's Dumbbells
Inspired by the pioneering work of Prof. Rüdiger Kniep on fluorapatite‐gelatin nanocomposites also known as “Kniep's Dumbbells,” this study investigates carbonated fluorapatite‐gelatin aggregates synthesized by the double diffusion technique within a gelatin gel.

The full‐field X‐ray fluorescence imaging method, where a Fresnel zone plate is employed as a coded aperture, was tested for the first time at a beamline, and its corresponding reconstruction code was optimized. It was also employed to perform, also for the first time using full‐field and fluorescence modes, hyperspectral XANES mapping. This study ...

Evidence of a local BCC‐type coordination of cobalt in FCC taenite of iron meteorites
Abstract Ni, Co, and Fe K‐edge X‐ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) measurements were performed, revealing an unexpected local structure around Co in well‐known iron and stony‐iron meteorites. Cobalt is enriched in kamacite but remains in taenite at concentrations of at least 0.3 atom%.

Renormalisation Group Flows in Lifshitz Holography [PDF]
In this thesis we construct holographic duals of renormalisation group flows between field theories with conformal symmetries and the Lifshitz scaling symmetries.

Dynamic Holographic Display With Multiplexed Dielectric Metasurfaces
Based on multiplexed metasurfaces, we show hybrid multiplexing of polarization, wavelength, and orbital angular momentum can be applied for dynamic tuning. Our strategy presents a highly compact and efficient solution for high‐capacity, multi‐dimensional holography, with promising applications in advanced displays, data storage, optical encryption, and
