Harnessing Nature: Computational and Experimental Insights Into Ipomoea obscura Metabolites for Bladder Cancer Therapy

ABSTRACT Ipomoea obscura (L.), a medicinal plant from the Convolvulaceae family, has been traditionally used to treat various ailments. This study evaluated the in vitro cytotoxicity of its ethanolic leaf extract against human bladder cancer T24 cells and investigated its phytochemical constituents through computational methods.

Mechanistic Understanding of Laser‐Induced Defect Engineering of Anisotropic Cobalt Oxide Spinel Platelets in Water

Pulsed laser defect engineering in liquid (PUDEL) modifies anisotropic Co3O4 platelets by inducing lattice distortions and defects while enriching {111} surfaces with hydroxyl groups and tunes the catalytic activity of the Co3O4 platelets in electrocatalytic oxygen evolution and thermocatalytic selective oxidation reactions.
