Electrode and Microstructure Dependence of Oxygen Diffusion in Ferroelectric Hafnium Zirconium Oxide Thin Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Significant nanoscale oxygen diffusion coefficient variations are measured in ferroelectric hafnium zirconium oxide films with grain boundaries and electrode interfaces exhibiting values 104 times larger than the grain cores. Overall coefficients are 10X larger for films prepared with metal nitride electrodes compared to refractory metals. New insights

Electronic properties of

Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter, 1999
We report on the electronic properties of , which crystallizes in a hexagonal structure with space group . Anomalies in the temperature dependences of the transport, magnetic and thermal properties indicate that two magnetic transitions occur at and , the lower transition being of antiferromagnetic type.

The Properties of Electrons

Transactions of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, 1907
The physical properties of electrons form the basis of electrical engineering, and a thorough understanding of them is essential for successful investigation in some departments of research. No specific treatment of the subject has appeared in the printed publications of the Institute.
