New bosonic hard string scattering amplitudes and extended Gross conjecture in superstring theory

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2021
We discover new hard string scattering amplitudes (HSSA) with polarizations orthogonal to the scattering plane in the NS sector of 10D open superstring theory. The corresponding HSSA in the bosonic string theory are of subleading order in energy.

Investigation of Nitrous Oxide Nitridation Temperatures on P-Type Pi-Gate Poly-Si Junctionless Accumulation Mode TFTs

open access: yesIEEE Journal of the Electron Devices Society, 2019
In this paper, the influence of nitrous oxide (N2O) nitridation temperatures on p-type Pi-gate (PG) poly-Si junctionless accumulation mode (JAM) TFTs is experimentally investigated.

Holographic superconductors: An analytic method revisit

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2020
We study a non-minimal holographic superconductors model in both non-backreaction and full-backreaction cases using an analytic matching method. We calculate the condensate of the dilaton and the critical temperature of the phase transition.

Synthesis of Sulfur Heterocycles by Palladium‐Catalyzed Cyclization

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Organic Chemistry, Volume 29, Issue 14, 15 April 2026.
In spite of the well‐known palladium thiophilicity, sulfur‐containing acyclic substrates may efficiently undergo several different kinds of palladium‐catalyzed cyclization processes leading to highly important sulfur heterocycles in one synthetic step. Advances in this challenging and stimulating field of research are presented in this review.

Solving Lauricella string scattering amplitudes through recurrence relations

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2017
We show that there exist infinite number of recurrence relations valid for all energies among the open bosonic string scattering amplitudes (SSA) of three tachyons and one arbitrary string state, or the Lauricella SSA.

Switchable Photoelectrochemistry in Thin Films of SbSI Microrods

open access: yesSolar RRL, Volume 10, Issue 7, 15 April 2026.
Thin film electrodes consisting of SbSI microrods demonstrate photoelectrochemical properties that can be tuned by adjusting the film thickness, pH of electrolyte, and O2 concentration. The performance of SbSI electrodes can also be switched by changing the temperature and thus employing the ferroelectric transition.

Positive‐Tone Nanolithography of Antimony Trisulfide with Femtosecond Laser Wet‐Etching

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 31, 16 April 2026.
A butyldithiocarbamic acid (BDCA) etchant is used to fabricate various micro‐ and nanoscale structures on amorphous antimony trisulfide (a‐Sb2S3) thin film via femtosecond laser etching. Numerical analysis and experimental results elucidate the patterning mechanism on gold (reflective) and quartz (transmissive) substrates.

Three‐dimensional Antimony Sulfide Based Flat Optics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 32, 20 April 2026.
This work presents the development of a grayscale electron beam lithography (g‐EBL) method for fabricating antimony trisulfide (Sb2S3) nanostructures with customizable 3D profiles. The refractive index of g‐EBL patterned Sb2S3 is determined based on the synergy of genetic algorithm and transfer matrix method.

Bandgap Engineering of Nitrogen‐Doped Monolayer WSe2 Superlattice and its Application to Field Effect Transistor

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, Volume 12, Issue 5, 9 March 2026.
Random nitrogen substitution breaks translational symmetry in WSe2, creating localized impurity states near the band gap. In contrast, periodic nitrogen doping forms a superlattice, a man‐made crystal, that restores translational symmetry, broadening impurity states into dispersive sub‐bands that merge with the valence band. This enables controlled and

Effects of Acute Photobiomodulation on Heart Rate Variability in Physically Active Individuals: A Randomized and Controlled Clinical Trial

open access: yesJournal of Biophotonics, Volume 19, Issue 3, March 2026.
This article is the first to approach the use of light acting on the vagus nerve in individuals undergoing physical exercise. Although we only obtained one isolated parameter as a difference in HRV, it is a first indication that we may be able to intervene in this vagal control process over the heart with PBM.
