BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Optimization of ion-optics system for x-ray quasi-monochromatic source on the basis of electrostatic accelerator [PDF]
Ion-optics system with two doublets of electrostatic quadrupole lenses for X-ray quasimonochromatic source was selected. Two variants of lens excitation for stigmatic focusing with two and four independent power supplies are considered.

Saturation of Beat-Excited Plasma Waves by Electrostatic Mode Coupling
The nature of plasma waves which are resonantly excited when two laser beams beat in a rippled-density plasma is explored both theoretically and experimentally. A theoretical model is presented which, for commonly encountered experimental parameters, predicts rapid saturation of the high---phase-velocity beat wave at an amplitude below that expected ...

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Parametric Excitation of Flexural Vibrations of Micro Beams by Fringing Electrostatic Fields
We report on an approach for efficient excitation of large amplitude flexural out-of-plane vibrations of micro beams and present results of theoretical and experimental feasibility study of the suggested principle.

ERα splice variant ERα∆7 lacks the C‐terminus, and its expression may change phenotypes of breast cancers. Our results showed that ERα∆7 is found in the luminal A subtype, and elevated ERα∆7 levels are linked to improved cell survival with lower proliferation and migration.
