Abstract The following elements (Ni, Co, V, Cr, Cu, Ag, Pb, Sc, Zr, La, Ga, Sr, Ba, Li, Rb and K) have been determined quantitatively in 59 specimens of Ontario diabase from representative areas and in 3 specimens of Duluth gabbro, using spectrochemical.procedures. The data are presented in the form of frequency distribution diagrams.
