Plasmonic Characteristics of TiN Layers Deposited by ECWR Assisted MF Magnetron Sputtering

MFECWR magnetron sputtering produces compact TiN films at room temperature by enhancing plasma density and nitrogen dissociation. The films exhibit metallic dielectric functions and SPP quality factors comparable to high‐temperature or epitaxial counterparts.

Improving Efficiency of Light Pressure Electric Generator Using Graphene Oxide Nanospacer Between Ag Nanoparticles

This study improved light pressure‐to‐electricity energy harvesting by upgrading a Basic‐LPEG device with Ag nanoparticles/graphene oxide (AgNPs/GO) composites. This enhancement boosted output voltage and current significantly under solar simulator (AM 1.5 G).
