A Note on Gershgorin Disks in the Elliptic Plane
In this study, we derive Gershgorin discs of elliptic complex matrices in the elliptic plane. Also, we investigate the location of the zeros of an elliptic complex valued polynomial with the help of Gershgorin discs of elliptic complex matrices.

This survey paper concerns elliptic surfaces with section. We give a detailed overview of the theory including many examples. Emphasis is placed on rational elliptic surfaces and elliptic K3 surfaces. To this end, we particularly review the theory of Mordell-Weil lattices and address arithmetic questions.

Wide-Passband Dual-Polarized Elliptic Frequency Selective Surface
The design of wide-passband dual-polarized elliptic frequency selective structures (FSSs) is proposed in this paper. The unit cell of the proposed structure is comprised of an array of cascaded square-patch resonators with a coupling layer consisting of ...

Design and Synthesis of Quasi Dual-mode, Elliptic Coaxial Filter [PDF]
This article introduces the design of a novel quasi dual-mode, elliptic coaxial filter. The transfer function is mapped to a generalized Chebyshev prototype with symmetrically located transmission zeros (TZs) where the coupling values are extracted ...

Weighted $L^p$ estimates for the elliptic Schrödinger operator
In this paper we study weighted $L^p$ estimates for the elliptic Schrödinger operator $P=-\Delta +V(x) $ with non-negative potentials $V(x)$ on $\mathbb{R}^n~(n\geq 3)$ which belongs to certain reverse Hölder class.

THEORETICAL ASSUMPTIONS FOR AN INTRODUCTION TO ELLIPTIC CURVE CRYPTOGRAPHY
Understanding elliptic curves contributed to solving mathematical problems in number theory that had been unsolved for centuries. Elliptic curves were also used in solving one of the millennial problems, which is Fermat's last theorem.

Elliptic islands on the elliptical stadium
We investigate the existence of elliptic islands for a special family of periodic orbits of a two-parameter family of maps corresponding to the billiard problem on the elliptical stadium. The hyperbolic or elliptical character of these orbits is also investigated.

Erlangen Program at Large-1: Geometry of Invariants
This paper presents geometrical foundation for a systematic treatment of three main (elliptic, parabolic and hyperbolic) types of analytic function theories based on the representation theory of SL_2(R) group. We describe here geometries of corresponding

Electronically Tunable Current-mode High-order Ladder Low-pass Filters Based on CMOS Technology [PDF]
This paper describes the design of current mode low-pass ladder filters based on CMOS technology. The filters are derived from passive RLC ladder filter prototypes using new CMOS lossy and lossless integrators.
