In Situ Integrated Titanium Oxide Synaptic Phototransistor Enabling Multimodal Plasticity and Noise‐Robust Selective Attention

An in situ integrated TiO2/SiOx/Al2O3 synaptic phototransistor couples ultraviolet and electrical stimuli within a scalable, CMOS‐compatible oxide stack. White Light Emission and Energy Transfer in Mixed‐Metal Europium/Terbium/Thulium Formate Metal–Organic Frameworks: Effect of Lanthanum Dilution

A series of Eu3+, Tb3+, Tm3+ and La3+ formate‐based (mixed)metal‐organic frameworks were synthesized and investigated for energy transfer and white‐light emission. Efficient Tb3+→Eu3+ transfer enabled tuneable luminescence, while Tm3+ incorporation afforded near‐white emission.
