The Role of the Coordination Council on the Issues of Sanitary Protection of the Territories of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States from the Importation and Spread of Particularly Dangerous Infectious Diseases in the Formation of a Unified System for Monitoring and Responding to Emergencies of Sanitary-Epidemiological Nature in the CIS

open access: yesПроблемы особо опасных инфекций
Ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population is impossible without the development of international cooperation in the field of preventing and responding to biological emergency situations.

Integrated Lead/Iodine Management for Sustainable Perovskite Solar Modules

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Perovskite solar modules face environmental risks from lead and iodine leakage. A dual‐function adsorbent—porphyrin‐modified whitlockite nanocomposites—effectively captures iodine and Pb2+, even under severe damage. Combined with a semi‐closed recycling process, it recovers 96.9% high‐purity PbI2 and reduces residual Pb2+ to <10 ppb, offering an ...

Nonequilibrium Period with Emergence of Marangoni Circulations in Meniscus Splitting

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
The emergence and evolution of Marangoni convection in the meniscus splitting phenomenon are investigated. During the mass circulation of viscous fluids, the confluence and bifurcation of polymer dispersions beneath the evaporative interface lead to the inhomogeneous densification of the skin layer.

Investigating the Structural Factors Influencing the Magnetic Interaction between Individual Copper Spins in the CuCu4 Metallacrown Complex, from Its Bulk Form to Its Adsorption on Au(111)

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
The Cu(II)[12‐MCCu(II)N(Shi)‐4] metallacrown complex (CuCu4) is studied to examine how geometric transformations affect magnetic coupling between copper spins by using ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy and DFT calculations for the bulk phase and CuCu4 adsorbed on Au(111). While adsorption minimally affects tDOS, exchange coupling constants between

DESIGNING OF EVACUATION EXITS IN ELLIPTICAL CORRIDOR TYPE BUILDINGS. ALGORITHM FOR CALCULATING NARROW CORRIDORS [PDF]

open access: yesАктуальные вопросы пожарной безопасности
There is considered the possibility of solving the problem of optimal choice of evacuation exits along one or both sides of curved corridors, both sides of which are parts of an ellipse, for further minimizing the mixing of human flows (and, accordingly,

Many-particle simulation of the evacuation process from a room without visibility

open access: yes, 2003
We study the evacuation process from a smoky room by means of experiments and simulations. People in a dark or smoky room are mimicked by ``blind'' students wearing eye masks.

Tunable Sensitivity in PAN/CNF/PEDOT:PSS Nanofiber‐Based Piezocapacitive Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates highly tunable, flexible pressure sensors made from a nanofibrous composite of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and carbon nanofibers (CNF) or poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS). By adjusting filler type, concentration, and mat thickness, the sensors achieve large sensitivity improvements, stable ...
