An Information Hiding Method Based on EMF Files Carrier

2015 International Conference on Intelligent Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing (IIH-MSP), 2015
As a general file carrier, EMF (Enhanced Windows MetaFile) file has been widely used in printing industry, production of industrial symbol legend and document formats conversion, etc. This paper proposes an information hiding method based on EMF file parsing.

Generalized Active EMF Cancel Methods for Wireless Electric Vehicles

IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 2014
In the inductive power transfer systems (IPTSs) of wireless electric vehicles (WEV), the electromagnetic field (EMF) should be lowered for the safety of pedestrians. In general, the EMF should be canceled for every space, time, and load condition of interest. Three generalized design methods for cancelling the EMF of WEV are proposed in this paper.

Oxygen potential measurements of Am0.5Pu0.5O2−x by EMF method

Journal of Nuclear Materials, 2009
Abstract The dependence of the oxygen potentials on oxygen non-stoichiometry and temperature of Am 0.5 Pu 0.5 O 2− x has been obtained by the electromotive force (EMF) method with the cell: (Pt) air |Zr(Ca)O 2− x | Am 0.5 Pu 0.5 O 2− x (Pt). The x value of Am 0.5 Pu 0.5 O 2− x was changed at 1333 K over 0.02  x  ⩽ 0.25 by the coulomb

Thermodynamic stability of Ca3TeO6 determined by a solid electrolyte EMF method

Thermochimica Acta, 2015
Abstract The standard thermodynamic properties of Ca3TeO6 were determined electrochemically utilizing fast O2− ion conducting solid electrolyte yttria-stabilized zirconia. The ternary phase was synthesized from the pure oxides CaO and TeO2 in excess of CaO.

Approximate methods for EMF compliance assessments of large array antennas

2015 International Conference on Electromagnetics in Advanced Applications (ICEAA), 2015
In this paper, efficient EMF compliance test methodologies for large size array antennas with beam forming capabilities are proposed and evaluated. Different approaches based on the characteristics of a central element or a number of elements that are essential for describing the array behavior have been investigated and compared with a full-wave ...

The single polarization impulse (spi) method of formation-emf measurements

Electrochimica Acta, 1972
Abstract To measure the emf of cells containing metal and halogen electrodes in solutions of metal halides in fused organic salts, conventional halogen electrodes cannot be used because of reaction of the halogen with the organic salts. Consequently a method has been developed wherein the halogen is momentarily generated at unit activity by a single ...

EMF Measurement Methods

2012
From the point of view of antenna performance evaluation, it is essential to measure the strength of E or H components near the antenna. This then makes it possible to find the current or the charge distribution along the antenna. With this as a basis, it is possible to find the radiation pattern of the antenna and its input impedance.

Methods of the standard EMF generation

2013
The previous chapter referred to two calibration methods: the standard transmitting antenna method (STA) or standard field method, and standard receiving antenna method (SRA) or substitution method. Let's characterize them briefly. 1. The STA method is based upon EMF generation with the use of a transmitting antenna whose parameters (radiation pattern,

Analysing the Performance of Blood Pressure Parameters Using EMF Method

2020 4th International Conference on Trends in Electronics and Informatics (ICOEI)(48184), 2020
The measurement of Blood pressure for years has been done by the auscultatory method, where a trained person inflates a cuff around the patient and identifies the highest and lowest values of pressure during the cardiac cycle and there is a growing need to create awareness and have the right means to calculate blood pressure.
