The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, Volume 20, Issue 6, Page 1612-1625, June 2026.
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a

New Symbiotic Stars from LAMOST DR10 Spectra and Multiband Photometry

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal
The Symbiotic star (SySt) is a long-period interacting binary system, typically consisting of a white dwarf (WD) and a red giant surrounded by a nebula. These systems are natural astrophysical laboratories for investigating binary star evolution. In this

Identification of serum protein biomarkers for pre‐cancerous lesions associated with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, Volume 20, Issue 6, Page 1473-1493, June 2026.
This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...

Intensity Interferometry Observations of the Hα Envelope of γCas with MéO and a Portable Telescope

open access: yesThe Astronomical Journal, 2023
We report on observations of the extended environment of the bright Be star γ -Cas performed using intensity interferometry measurements within its H α emission line.

Dust formation and evolution in the ejecta of core-collapse supernovae [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Observations of local supernovae over the past couple of decades have reported the presence of dust in the ejecta. The dust masses inferred from observations in mid-infrared and submillimeter wavelengths differ by a factor of 10^2 to 10^4 The composition

On the Formation of Balmer Emission Lines in the Model Envelopes of Be Stars [PDF]

open access: yesSymposium - International Astronomical Union, 1994
We consider the formation of the Balmer emission lines and the decrement Hα/Hβ/Hγ, by solving the non-LTE problems in elementary regions of the envelope divided by equal line-of-sight velocities. These envelope-elements are characterized by different optical depths in the Balmer lines and by different dilution factors for the incident stellar radiation.

Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

A search for radio emission from exoplanets around evolved stars [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
The majority of searches for radio emission from exoplanets have to date focused on short period planets, i.e., the so-called hot Jupiter type planets.

Superfast line profiles variability in spectra of OBA stars

open access: yes, 2021
We present new results of our Large Project for revealing the superfast line profile variations (sfLPVs) in spectra of bright OBA stars. The regular variations of the line profiles with periods ranging from a few hours to days in spectra of all massive ...

EDNRB‐dependent endothelin signaling reduces proliferation and promotes proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition in gliomas

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated
