Moral concerns on tradable pollution permits in international environmental agreements [PDF]
We investigate how moral concerns about permit trading affect an endogenous pollution permit trading equilibrium, where governments choose non-cooperatively the amount of permits they allocate to domestic industries.

Leaftronics: Bio‐Fractal Scaffolds From Leaf Venation for Low‐Waste Electronics
“Leaftronics” transforms naturally evolved leaf venation into quasi‐fractal scaffolds for sustainable electronics. Polymer‐infiltrated leaf skeletons can be used to fabricate ultra‐smooth, reflow‐ and thin‐film‐compatible decomposable substrates, while making the same lignocellulose networks conducting results in flexible transparent electrodes.

Industry-level emission trading between power producers in the EU [PDF]
In this paper we investigate how restrictions for emission trading to the energy-intensive power sector will affect the magnitude and distribution of abatement costs across EU countries vis-?-vis a comprehensive EU emission trading regime.

A highly‐emissive organic photovoltaic employs donor–acceptor pairs with alternately localized frontier molecular orbitals, preserving high triplet energies and small reorganization energies to suppress non‐radiative recombination. As a result, it exhibits a high open‐circuit voltage approaching the Shockley–Queisser limit and a high ...
