The ‘network economy’ and models of the employment contract. [PDF]
The development of the ‘network economy’ and project-based work challenge established methods of regulating employment relationships. There appears to be an unsatisfied demand for its greater use, especially among employers, and this may be blocked by ...

A soft, dual‐channel hydrogel patch enables simultaneous detection of wound temperature and strain by integrating ion‐diffusion‐mediated thermoelectric and resistive sensing. The conformal design maintains stable performance during motion, capturing subtle inflammatory and mechanical changes for continuous wound monitoring.

Spin Injection Of Exciton–Polaritons With Halide Perovskites At Room Temperature
A monolithic Tamm‐plasmon microcavity embedding a two‐dimensional halide perovskite enables room‐temperature spin injection of exciton‐polaritons under quasi‐resonant optical excitation. Polarization‐resolved spectroscopy reveals partial preservation of the injected spin in the lower polariton branch, while bare excitons remain fully depolarized.

A three‐dimensional magnetic field sensor is realized in chiral W/CoFeB/MgO multilayers, where spin–orbit torques reversibly reconfigure homochiral stripe domains. The symmetry of the torque enables offset‐free in‐plane sensing, while the reproducible domain reconfiguration extends the linear out‐of‐plane range. An anomalous Hall readout delivers large‐
