Integrated Transcriptome and Metabolomics Analyses Show MYC as a Potential Therapeutic Target for Behçet's Uveitis

Integrated single‐cell transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses reveal that MYC‐driven glycolysis activates the PI3K‐AKT‐FOXO1 pathway, disrupting Th17/Treg balance and promoting uveitis. MYC inhibition restores immune homeostasis and alleviates disease symptoms.

MTCH2 Deficiency Promotes E2F4/TFRC‐Mediated Ferroptosis and Sensitizes Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastasis to Sorafenib

This study identifies MTCH2 as a crucial regulator of ferroptosis in colorectal cancer (CRC) progression. High expression of MTCH2 is correlated with poor prognosis in CRC patients. The present study identified the key protein ORM1 through the proteomic analysis of synovial fluid samples from patients with temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis (TMJOA), and demonstrated the important role of ORM1 in maintaining cartilage homeostasis via the suppression of VIM/MAPK/MMP signalling.
