ANALYSIS OF ROBOTIC END EFFECTOR

In this study analysis of end effector of a pick and place robot is carried out to analyze its strength and develop aroboticend-effect or for machining and part handling. Industrial robotic manipulators require an end effector to perform tasks. The device eliminates the need for separate robots to perform part handling and machining operations.

The end effector can be mounted on the end of a robot arm. The end effector provides 35.6 kNt (8000 lbs) of rivet upset.
