Case Report: Hydatid Disease as a Potential Cause of Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis in Endemic Regions [PDF]
Leukocytoclastic vasculitis (LCV) is a type of vasculitis that affects small vessels and is commonly associated with infections, malignancies, drugs, and autoimmune diseases. In this case, a 75-year-old female patient presented with clinical signs of LCV,

Chronic stress drives autophagy‐mediated β2‐AR degradation, impairing antiviral immunity and promoting poxvirus lethality. Lycorine directly stabilizes β2‐AR to restore host defense, suppress excessive inflammation and improve survival. ABSTRACT Psychological stress is a pervasive yet poorly understood modulator of infectious disease outcomes. Here, we

Compared to E8, mTeSR1 culture downregulated WNT and TGF‑β signaling, and upregulated neural differentiation pathways, enhancing neural priming. Under skin organoid induction conditions, mTeSR1‑cultured hESCs generated organoids with significantly higher neuroepithelial differentiation.

An Extracellular Pore‑Targeting Peptide Defines a Designable Allosteric Site in TRPV2
Structure‐guided peptide engineering yields Depiv2, a highly potent and subtype‐selective TRPV2 inhibitor that binds to the extracellular pore and remodels it into a closed, non‐conductive state. Depiv2 suppresses pathological cardiac hypertrophy, establishing the TRPV2 outer pore as a designable interface for selective peptide modulation.

USP4 stabilizes CHAF1B by limiting K48‐linked ubiquitination. Stabilized CHAF1B supports UHRF1‐associated K63‐linked SETDB1 ubiquitination and cytoplasmic redistribution, whereas CHAF1B loss favors VHL‐dependent K11‐associated degradative ubiquitination and proteasomal loss of SETDB1.
