Integrative Conservation, EarlyView.This study reconstructs the phylogeny of the Javan Hawk‐Eagle (Nisaetus bartelsi) within the subfamily Aquilinae using Maximum Likelihood and Bayesian Inference algorithms on a blood sample and GenBank data.
