A family of amino‐acid–derived MOFs enables ultrafast (>90–95% in 30 s) simultaneous removal of four estrogenic contaminants from water under SPE conditions. A leucine‐based MOF shows excellent regenerability and robustness in real samples, with structural evidence revealing efficient hormone encapsulation.

Abstract There is increasing concern regarding pollutants disrupting the vertebrate thyroid hormone (TH) system, which is crucial for development. Thus, identification of TH system–disrupting chemicals (THSDCs) is an important requirement in the Organisation for Economic Co‐operation and Development (OECD) testing framework.

Effects of Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals on Cellular Function in Mouse Peritoneal Macrophages [PDF]
We investegated the effects of nine possible endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) on the nitric oxide (NO) production and growth of mouse peritoneal macrophages. Genistein and coumestrol inhibited lipopolysaccharide-induced NO production in macrophages,

Changes in fish sex ratio as a basis for regulating endocrine disruptors
Fish sex ratio (SR) is an endpoint potentially indicating both endocrine activity and adversity, essential elements for identifying Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs) as required by the EU regulations.

Illuminating point‐of‐care diagnostics with aggregation‐induced emission biosensors
This review highlights the application of aggregation‐induced emission luminogens (AIEgens) in point‐of‐care (POC) diagnostics for disease biomarker detection. It systematically examines a range of biosensing platforms, including lateral flow immunoassays, microfluidic chips, and electrochemiluminescence sensors, alongside their utility in detecting ...

Bisphenol A and Its Analogs: Toxicity Analysis in Mouse and Rat Liver—A Review
ABSTRACT Bisphenol A (BPA) and its analogs are widely recognized for their use in industry and plastic manufacturing. Consequently, humans and animals are continually exposed to various substances in their daily lives. This review evaluates the hepatic toxicity of BPA and its analogs in mice and rats, with particular emphasis on molecular mechanisms ...
