Cell‐free and extracellular vesicle microRNAs with clinical utility for solid tumors
Cell‐free microRNAs (cfmiRs) are small‐RNA circulating molecules detectable in almost all body biofluids. Innovative technologies have improved the application of cfmiRs to oncology, with a focus on clinical needs for different solid tumors, but with emphasis on diagnosis, prognosis, cancer recurrence, as well as treatment monitoring.

Systemic circulating microRNA landscape in Lynch syndrome
What's new? Systemic circulating microRNA expression patterns (c‐miRnomes) are altered during sporadic carcinogenesis and they have predictive potential in early cancer detection. However, their potential in carriers of inherited pathogenic mismatch‐repair gene variants associated with Lynch syndrome remains understudied.

A case of high-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma: A poignant allegory
Endometrial stromal sarcomas (ESS) are rare tumors of endometrial stromal origin that account for approximately 1% of all uterine malignant neoplasms and are responsible for a significant proportion of mortality due to uterine malignancies.

Endometrial Stromal Nodule: Report of a Case
Endometrial stromal nodule (ESN) is the least common of the endometrial stromal tumors. They are rare neoplasms which are diagnosed in most instances by light microscopy. Although such nodules are benign, hysterectomy has been considered the treatment of

Integrating ancestry, differential methylation analysis, and machine learning, we identified robust epigenetic signature genes (ESGs) and Core‐ESGs in Black and White women with endometrial cancer. Core‐ESGs (namely APOBEC1 and PLEKHG5) methylation levels were significantly associated with survival, with tumors from high African ancestry (THA) showing ...
